Hi Julie, thanks for reading! On my phone, this lives in the settings under "Display." (I have a Samsung) It's called the "eye comfort shield." You can either toggle it on and off manually, or set it to a schedule.
Thank you! I will look into something on my phone! I have blue light blocking glasses, which I put on the moment the sun goes down, but this would be nice in addition.
